We, as the owners of Le Vieux Presbytère, are dedicated to sharing with our guests

the beauty, peace, history and the delights of this part of Acadia

as we attempt to put into practice our values

1.  Respecting the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part;

2.  Promoting the inherent worth and dignity of every person;

3.  Reducing our dependency on non-renewable energy sources;

4.  Creating a network of friendship with neighbouring businesses;

5. Purchasing products and services as locally as possible;

6. Buying the greenest products possible;

7. Recycling, composting as much as possible;

8. Informing and encouraging our staff to be green;

9. Monitoring regularly the application of this policy;

10. Improving and becoming as environmentally friendly as we can be

11. Actively participating and leading with the town of Bouctouche in promoting their green plan. (The first municipal Green Plan in New Brunswick)
